SPAIN – Social networks are a factor of inclusion (Adecco report)

Only 40% of unemployed people with disabilities and 26% of people over 45 use social networks to find a job.

People with disabilities and older than 45 years are sectors of the population often find it more difficult to enter the labor market: their limited presence in professional networks (mainly Linkedin and Twitter), it becomes an added disadvantage.

Social networks are a fundamental tool for the job search. The Adecco Foundation will present #RedesParaTodos, a manual to help people who find it more difficult to have a presence in these networks and maximize their career opportunities.
