The law project seeks to incorporate sign language or subtitles to facilitate access for people experiencing hearing disability to the music content in live entertainment. So far, it has had a slow discussion in the Senate, hence, this Thursday, the Socialist deputy Marcelo Schilling, author of the initiative, with the Marga Marga Deaf Association, made a call to speed up the discussion in Parliament.
