CHILE – 58% of the beneficiaries of Fonasa has felt depressed in the last year

The San Sebastián University published the Compass Health Survey conducted by the Institute of Public Health Policy (IPSUSS) about the state of mental health in Chile.

Conducted on 2,077 people reveals indicators such as:

  • 9 out of 10 people feel that their mental state is good
  • 3 out of 10 admitted they needed assistance of a professional
  • People with less education are more depressed (60%) that those with higher education (46%).
